He is responsible for all aspect of the firm’s strategy, team and operation, by leading the firm in its mission to deliver the best client result in health care management consulting industry.
Dr. Alabi consults for both the private and public sectors in Nigeria. With more than 15 years of experience in medical consulting and Public health and Dr. Alabi has contributed immensely to the development of both private and public health care in Nigeria.
Dr Alabi is a member of the American College of Physician Executives, member of the Academy of Hospital Administration India, fellow of the Certified Institute of Cost Management of Nigeria, life member of the International Society of urban Health, member of the New York Academy of Science and a former member of the Strategy Committee of Nigerian Medical Association.
